Library Regulations
Entitled to use the Libraries are:
- Teachers and researchers from the University, the CNR and other recognised research institutes, who will be admitted upon presentation of an official document indicating their membership of the institution or, if such is temporarily unavailable, of a signed declaration to this effect;
- Officials from Commissions, Museums, Libraries and Archives, who will be admitted upon presentation of an official document issued by the institution or, if such is temporarily unavailable, of a signed declaration to this effect;
- Postgraduate and research students, who will be admitted upon presentation of the certificate issued by the respective university or academy or, if such is temporarily unavailable, of a signed declaration to this effect;
- Undergraduates with a letter of introduction from their supervisor; failing this, and only on a temporary basis (for up to 3 days at most), a signed declaration may be accepted;
- Students from universities, academies and other institutes of higher education with a letter of introduction from their supervisor; failing this, and only on a temporary basis (for up to 3 days at most), a signed declaration may be accepted;
- Anyone who, even for personal reasons, is engaged in research that requires the consultation of the specialist material housed in the library.
